"Shantir Saya Homes" is a group of Bangladeshi people who want to build apartment and live together as like a co-operative society.
Most of this group member have been servicing at various construction firm since 1997 or before to still now in Singapore,a few of them in Finland and Bangladesh. We have been progressing flat for our own use only but not for business.If we want to sell our flat ,can also or as our wish. we make together flate for low cost and for good quality only.
We already buy a land 8.07 kata located in Dhaka last year in 2013 and have been done pilling also last year. In 2016. Last October 15 ,2018 started again building progress. Our building will be 10 story with lift, 4 unite per floor and per unit 5 room 2 balconi and 2 toilet with Rajuk Approval.
Our Goal: All member will build together a high rise appartment on our land in Dhaka and we will live together.
